Hi All:

I am raising funds to help wounded veterans climb the world's highest peaks and find a renewed purpose in their lives.  Climb for Heroes is a non-competitive, family friendly day hike for all fitness levels and age groups as is evident by my participation!

We will be climbing Mt. Baldy, elevation 10,069. This will only be my 2nd climb up Mt. Baldy and I'm hopeful to make it to the top. Climbing any mountain is a mental, physical, and emotional challenge that in the end gives you a great sense of accomplishment.

The Heroes Project is a great opportunity for wounded veterans to climb the highest peaks and provide healing and livelihood to our vets. Shortly after the climb, The Heroes Project is sending USMC Ssgt Charlie Linville to climb the highest peak on earth, Mt. Everest.
